The Old Grocer
A renovated 120 square metre stone house entering the 2nd century of its life. It has been a house and grocery store through the years.
On the ground floor you will find a bedroom, a bathroom, a WC, a kitchen and living room with a fireplace. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and a balcony with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. It also has its own private stone front courtyard. A crib is available upon request.
It can accommodate up to 6 people. It is fully furnished and equipped with kitchen utensils and appliances, dishwasher, washing machine, TV/DVD, Wifi, air conditioning and heating.
It shares a stone courtyard with a barbeque, wood fire oven and refreshing shade from our trees.

Katohori is located on the eastern side of the island, it is the gentler side of Lefkada, with protected bays for swimming, rolling hills filled with orchards and the coast is dotted with many other smaller islands. The village itself you will find quiet and restful and you may not wish to leave, but in case you do, visit our things to do page for some of our suggestions.
CORRECT USE POLICY
You will find the house clean and with all the amenities mentioned in the website.
All damages must be reported and compensated. House cleaning and bed linen changes are the guest’s responsibility.
Fresh bed linens and clean towels will be provided to you every 4 days.
If you wish to have it done for you there is an extra charge depending on the frequency.
